Sub-processors

These are the service providers ("sub-processors") [legal name not configured] uses to run HopLogs, what they do, and where. We update this page before adding a new sub-processor; customers who asked to be told about changes receive an email.

Stripe Payments, invoices, tax calculation Billing name and address, email, tax ID, payment details (held by Stripe, not by us)
Twilio SendGrid Sending email (sign-in, alerts, receipts, notices) and receiving support email Email addresses, message content
Our object storage provider Storing screenshots, attachments and exports Screenshots of monitored pages, files you attach
Our hosting providers Running the servers and databases the Service uses All data the Service processes
GitHub Optional sign-in with GitHub Your GitHub user id and verified email
Google Optional sign-in with Google Your Google account id and email
Cloudflare Turnstile Optional bot protection on sign-in and checkout, only when enabled Browser signals needed for the challenge
Intuit QuickBooks Bookkeeping, only when connected Summarised invoice and payment totals
